Bedding Warranty Policies

What does the Bedding Warranty Policy cover?

Warranties protect your purchase from defects in manufacturing, not from damage caused by use or normal wear and tear. Any stains, discoloration, rips, tears, or burns will void the manufacturer's warranty. For complete details, read and follow the directions on your warranty card.

For claims on all power foundations, Tempur-Pedic, Ghostbed and Helix mattresses - please contact the manufacturer directly.

For claims outside of the manufacturer's warranty and have the VIP Protection Plan - please visit the ServeCo website.
For your Guardsman Protection Plan - please go to Guardsman's website to place a claim.


Submitting a Claim - What you will need
  • Contact information including a valid sales receipt
  • Product information including information on Law Label
  • Required Photos - please see below to make sure you have them ready to upload
  • Start a claim now!
